Little ones and their caregivers can join us to do the T-Rex Pose, the Allosaurus Stretch, Pterodactyl Wings, and more!! Learn to move, stretch, and calm yourself like a dinosaur! If you have a yoga mat or a beach towel at home, bring one for each person attending. We will have some beach towels available for use. All skill levels are welcome.
This event is free and open to the public.
Recommended for children and their caregivers.
